Yeah, I checked out the suggested mod above, close but no cigar. Props to whoever did the mod tho' but I would very much like to see something like capture trooper armor or even the hazmat suit, which would come in extremely handy for heavily irradiated areas, the things let you walk into a freshly nuked site with ease for pete's sake, now doesn't that sound useful? The shotgun pistol might be nice too. I've only until very recently re-installed FONV, and I admit I had some serious issues with it initially, lack of much needed updates and general incompetence and lacking knowledge of how things worked being the main issues. If you want more info or just need proof, In total, there are over 320 different weather changes into the game. This includes sandstorms, rain, rainstorms, thunderstorms (with/without rain) and snow. This mod has a ton of different weather effects to Fallout New Vegas. It was originally for FONV, but got backported and again, reskinned with a mere +1 point in defense and weight. This mod allows a huge number of cloud variations, weather effects, sandstorms, Radiation storms, and even some snow. 'Man-Wolf') The problem is that the ratings are worse than the vanilla armor sets, but kudos to the design.
It's a set of armor from a 1999 Anime film dubbed 'Wolf Brigade Jin-Roh' (Lit. That name does nothing for google searches, but that particular one has a reskin by TumbaJumba, if a recall correctly. Not in the slightest, Although I do have this mod for FO3, and it was a b***h to find lemme tell you.
